The primary objective was to execute a high-precision architectural design on a compact urban plot without compromising on natural light or ventilation. We faced the logistical challenge of sourcing premium finishing materials—such as the stone cladding and custom aluminum fixtures—while adhering to a strict 10-month timeline.
