The primary challenge for Project 401-2025 was achieving a seamless integration of diverse textures—specifically matching the smooth white plaster with the textured grey stone pillar—while maintaining perfectly sharp architectural edges.
Additionally, we focused on maximizing the utility of the exterior space. We engineered a robust drainage system beneath the extensive patterned paving to ensure the courtyard remains pristine during Hargeisa’s rainy seasons. Our team successfully delivered this high-precision finish on an accelerated timeline, ensuring every detail from the recessed balcony lighting to the secure perimeter fencing met our rigorous 32-year quality standards.
